My files are not syncing with iCloud. What should I do?

  1. Check that your device is signed into the same Apple ID as used to purchase the app.
  2. Check that your device has iCloud Drive enabled (found under the Apple ID portion of the iOS Settings app).
  3. Check that Voice Dream is enabled under the iCloud Drive section of the Settings app.
  4. Check that your device has iCloud Sync enabled from within the Voice Dream app. This is found under the app’s Settings menu > Library Settings > Sync Library Using iCloud.
