- Check that your device is signed into the same Apple ID as used to purchase the app.
- Check that your device has iCloud Drive enabled (found under the Apple ID portion of the iOS Settings app).
- Check that Voice Dream is enabled under the iCloud Drive section of the Settings app.
- Check that your device has iCloud Sync enabled from within the Voice Dream app. This is found under the app’s Settings menu > Library Settings > Sync Library Using iCloud.
